My #1 favorite book for many years on making good habits is Stephen R. Covey’s ” 7 Habits of Highly Effective People  

 

Another great one just published in 2018 is James Clear’s Atomic Habits.  This one has a unique and effective approach.

Proverbs 31:27  She looketh well to the ways of her household and eateth not the bread of idleness.

Eccl 10:18  By much slothfulness the building decayeth; and through idleness of the hands the house droppeth through.
