You may be familiar with Wendy Watson Nelson’s book “What Would A Holy Woman Do?” It’s a simple challenge to make choices in line with what Christ would have you do. You are invited to participate in this challenge
and share your experiences with us via the comment section. Or you may email me directly.
Periodically results received from holy women will be posted HERE on the Holy Woman Challenge Response page so we may benefit and find comfort from one another. You can also search CATEGORIES for Holy Woman Challenge Responses.

THE HOLY WOMAN CHALLENGE
For three days choose ONE activity per day and try to “be holy” while doing it–do it as a holy woman would do it.
Just to get you started:
How would a holy woman start her day? What is on her to do list? How would she approach a difficult assignment or overwhelming project? How would she read to a child? Or exercise?Talk to a friend? Shop? Pray? Play? Do laundry? Handle or avoid conflict? What would she read? Say? Listen to? Watch? Wear? How would she respond to confusing, hurtful or demoralizing situations? To betrayal? Or being falsely accused? To her own or others success or failure? How would she use her time and money? How would she prepare to take the Sacrament? How would a holy married woman welcome her husband home? Or how would she help him to welcome her home so they both felt loved, adored, wanted and needed? How would a holy single woman date or use her time when not dating?
So, CHOOSE ONE THING PER DAY FOR THREE DAYS. It can be a different thing each day or the same thing every day. At the end of three days just tell me how it went—good, bad, awesome. What did you learn or not learn? How did it affect you, your family or your friends?
And, if have already done this, would you mind sharing it? You can do that in the comment section or email me directly.
