The My Life spreadsheet can be used annually, monthly or weekly.   It lists ALL the ROUTINES with categories.

This is where you will evaluate your actions.  There are 12 blocks– enter the months in each block.  Then evaluate at the end of each month.  But, the block headings are blank so you can use days or weeks instead of months if you choose.  There are also a few spaces to add more categories in the “other” spaces.

This is not to judge yourself; it’s to track progress.

The first MY LIFE spreadsheet I ever made was not this detailed. It just had broad categories and I tracked at the end of the year instead of at the end of the month– it had 12 years on it!  It was fun to see how I progressed and regressed over the years. If used positively, MY LIFE will be a catalyst for improvement and a guide along the covenant path. It can be transformative.  Never use it to beat yourself up–that is counterproductive and not spiritual!
